Return Policy

 If something arrives damaged or faulty

Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives with a printing issue, damage, or any fault, please let us know as soon as you can.

What to do:

  • Email us with your order number

  • Include a photo of the issue

  • A short description helps us understand what went wrong

We’ll happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
(This must be reported within 28 days of dispatch.)

 Because everything is made to order

Each item is printed individually when you place your order. For this reason, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Deciding the item is no longer wanted

We know that sizing can feel tricky, so if you’re ever unsure, please reach out before ordering — we’re always happy to help.

 Returns address

Since our printing partner cannot accept customer returns, any approved returns will need to be sent to our own returns address, which we’ll provide if needed.
